So where did summer go? Everyone has been commenting that as soon as September hit the weather cooled down drastically! This past weekend in Toronto was actually beautiful - perfect for star gazing at the Toronto Film Festival (TIFF).

I haven't worn shorts since early high school, when I went through a very short Daisy Dukes phase (no, I DON'T have any pictures).  Anyway, now that I'm in my 30s, I've decided to go back to shorts, but buy some nicer, more "proper" ones of appropriate length.  It can get pretty hot here in Toronto and I can't always wear my cropped pants - can't wear denim in this kind of weather, no matter how lightweight...
