Brighten Up Fall

This Fall has been a strange one, really gloomy for a few weeks and now we're starting to see the sun again. In the very beginning of fall (yes my outfit posts are THAT behind!) it was probably one of the last days I didn't feel the need to wear tights. It was still nice and warm out and my mood was lifted  so I decided to brighten up by wearing something Spring like.

Pleats, Polka Dots and Feathers

Three trends that I've been seeing lately are pleats, polka dots and feathers.  Normally I would say to take ONE trend and go with it.  But is it possible to incorporate three trends at once?  I managed to figure out a way to do it pretty subtly.

First Outdoor Shots

Yup - outdoor shots! But yes, I didn't REALLY venture out of the comfort of my home, these were taken on my balcony ;)

Hmmm...Ok so I took these shots a couple of weeks ago - and I think I attempted to do it again ONCE since then :P

I completely admire you style bloggers that are able to take shots, not only outside but in really cool places with great backgrounds! I bow down to you!

I did actually take a lot of pictures, but only a few turned out - I could see how un-relaxed I was taking these LOL!

Feeling Girly with Petals!

Yet another top I was able to purchase through one of my US blogger friends Elle of Fast Food and Fast Fashion. Elle has such a unique and girly sense of style, I get so much inspiration from her!Unfortunately this outfit isn't all that inspiring, but that's what I really love about this top. I don't have to put too much effort into my outfit to make it unique since the top is so unique on its own - and not to mention super uber girly ;)

I belted a scarf!

Hmmm...so when blogger went down I lost my draft post, luckily I didn't get very far with it!

Anyway, since I've still been feeling under the weather, besides a blackberry picture I haven't taken any photos! So here is an outfit from a while ago.  I was actually experimenting with belting a scarf the way I've seen many bloggers rock!  Not sure it worked out, but I loved the colour combo and was happy that I tried something new :)
